Welcome!

When you give to Browning, you are investing in our mission to foster growth of courageous and compassionate men of intellect and integrity who aspire to contribute meaningfully to our world.

Our school thrives because of the generosity from our alumni, current and past parents, grandparents, faculty, and friends.

Browning is proudly a boys’ school, committed to helping young men grow into the thoughtful, capable leaders the world needs. Through our emphasis on strong relationships as the foundation for learning, our faculty's investment in understanding boys throughout the entire arc of childhood and our research focused on boys' intellectual needs, we have created a unique environment in which boys can succeed. Your gift helps ensure that our work continues for Browning boys today, and for many generations to come.

Building Our Future Campaign

Browning has always been more than a school—it is a place where boys are known, loved, needed, and challenged to become the best version of themselves. The Building Our Future Campaign is our bold step forward, ensuring that Browning continues to thrive for generations to come. Together, we are creating spaces that spark curiosity, programs that expand possibility, and opportunities that open doors. This campaign is not only about buildings—it is about the lives that unfold within them. We invite you to join us in shaping Browning’s next chapter of purpose and promise.

Annual Giving

The Annual Fund is the foundation of The Browning School’s fundraising efforts and we strive for one hundred percent participation from our community, in support of our boys. During our Building Our Future Campaign, we hope that donors will amplify the impact of their Annual Fund gift by being even more generous than in the past.

The Annual Fund provides about 10% of the annual operating budget and helps to close the gap between the tuition charged and the actual cost of a Browning education.

High donor participation is a testament how meaningful the Browning experience is to our students, alumni and families. Every gift is a continued vote of confidence in Browning, and a commitment to our boys' success beyond the Red Doors.

Ways To Give

Powered By Purpose

Philanthropy has long shaped what is possible at Browning. For generations, families, alumni, faculty, and friends have strengthened our school through their time, expertise, and financial support. Their partnership ensures that every boy is known, challenged, loved, and needed, and we are deeply grateful for the generosity that sustains our mission each day.

At Browning, philanthropy is more than a contribution. It reflects a shared belief in what our boys can achieve and a commitment that connects one generation to the next. It is how we come together, powered by purpose, to ensure every student can thrive.

We are pleased to introduce the Advancement Team, whose work turns the goodwill of our community into meaningful opportunities for students. Beyond fundraising, they celebrate milestones, foster gratitude, and help create the strong sense of belonging that defines Browning.

“Philanthropy and specifically Annual Giving is part of the special sauce that helps elevate our school and everything we have to offer. When someone says, 'We should do this great thing for our students,' Annual Giving is the reason we can say, 'Let’s do it.'”

Planned Giving

The John A. Browning Society

Those who have thoughtfully included The Browning School in their estate planning through a bequest, charitable trust, retirement plan or insurance policy, join the John A. Browning Society, named after the first Headmaster.

These charitable gifts will benefit the School well into the future without impacting current financial security and will likely also provide possible tax benefits.
