Introducing Our New Upper School Facility
The 64th Street building will be the new home of the Browning Upper School consisting of state of the art classrooms, laboratories, a regulation sized gymnasium, and other creative educational and communal spaces.
Construction began in Spring 2023.
Work in the Fall and Winter will include elevator decommissioning, temporary hoist installation, adjacent property protection, utility connections, foundations and concrete work, exterior restoration, selective removals and structural steel installation. Intermittent lane closures are expected in support of material deliveries to the site.
